High Priorities

Growth Blueprint

1. Priority Overview

Resolve ownership, measurement and acquisition risks first, then make structural changes with verified evidence.

Filter priority:
HP-01CRITICAL / HIGH IMPACTOwner: Owner / operations / current administrators

Secure ownership and recovery

Observed Finding

The client encountered difficulty obtaining access. Ads read-only access works; ownership of every other asset was not independently verified.

Proposed Action

Create an asset register, verify company-admin access and recovery, and document vendor dependencies.

HP-02CRITICAL / HIGH IMPACTOwner: Analytics / CRM / dispatch

Connect tracking to booked jobs

Observed Finding

Paid landing hosts and multiple call/form actions require reconciliation. Historical site GA4 is available but event overlap needs verification.

Proposed Action

Instrument each host and match 30–50 inquiries through qualification, booking and invoice.

HP-03CRITICAL / HIGH IMPACTOwner: Ads manager / analytics / dispatch

Investigate rising Ads CPA

Observed Finding

Recent 30-day reported CPA was $148.20 versus $104.50 over 90 days and approximately $101 in the preceding 60 days.

Proposed Action

Review change history, imports, phone routing, search terms and booked-lead quality before budget changes. Confirm service fit before excluding the approximately $352 sampled sump-pump theme.

HP-04CRITICAL / HIGH IMPACTOwner: SEO / web / owner

Strengthen service-page structure

Observed Finding

The site represents both trades but several priority service intents lack dedicated, locally-proven pages.

Proposed Action

Build or refine one verified primary page per priority service intent with local proof and clear booking routes.

HP-05CRITICAL / HIGH IMPACTOwner: Web / analytics / dispatch

Test simpler service-request capture

Observed Finding

The homepage form sits below several sections; existing booking starts with a full-address check.

Proposed Action

Test a prominent callback form alongside existing calls and booking.

2. Ownership and Access

Verify company-controlled administration, recovery and delegated vendor access across every critical asset.

Asset recovery checklist

  • Domain, DNS, hosting, renewal billing and backups.
  • GA4, GSC, GTM and Google Ads: identifiers, administrators, recovery and export rights.
  • Both Google Business Profiles: Riverton and Lakeside.
  • Call numbers, forwarding, porting rights, CRM and booking.
  • Conversion imports, service accounts and integration maintainers.

Access policy

Maintain verified company-controlled administration, backup access and MFA. Give vendors appropriate delegated access. Document dependencies before removing access or changing credentials.
Limitation & Scope: Do not claim that transfers, billing changes or GTM ownership changes are already required. PDF pp. 6, 44.

3. Measurement Gaps

Tracking coverage across the website, paid hosts, calls and booking.

Limitation & Scope: Main-site GA4 recorded 19 Paid Search sessions while Ads recorded 2,140 clicks. Different hosts and call journeys make this a scope discrepancy, not a measured tracking-loss rate. Unverified call-tracking vendor and duplicate-call claims have been removed. PDF pp. 7, 28, 45.

4. Conversion Definitions

Proposed definitions requiring operations approval.

Stage 1

Raw interaction

Phone click, form start or chat initiation; diagnostic activity.

Stage 2

Accepted inquiry

Successfully received service request or answered service call with a lead ID.

Stage 3

Qualified lead

Valid service need within confirmed coverage, excluding spam and duplicates.

Stage 4

Booked job

Confirmed appointment/job linked to the lead. Track completed work and invoiced revenue separately.

Limitation & Scope: Several call/qualified-lead actions are primary in Ads; booked Atlas actions are secondary. GA4 form_submit recorded 84 events, ac_form_submission 76, and thank_you_page 76. Overlap is possible, not proven. The invented 90-second qualification threshold has been removed. PDF pp. 20, 28, 46.

6. Lead-Capture Improvements

Proposed experiments and validation requirements.

Proposed experiment

Test a visible service-request form asking for service, name and phone; request additional information only when operationally needed. Retain direct calling and existing booking.
Validation

Verify copy, phone routing, consent, mobile accessibility and success/error handling. Compare qualified leads and booked jobs per eligible session; track abandonment, spam and response time. Extend testing when volume is insufficient.

Limitation & Scope: The concept's final step still requires name, phone, email and address/city. No Apex uplift or mobile-abandonment rate was established. The 500-visitors-per-variant rule and 15–20% lift promise have been removed. PDF pp. 39–40, 48.

7. Website and Profile Decisions

Decision gates and dependencies for site-structure strengthening and profile management.

Strengthen service-page structure

Build dedicated, locally-proven pages for priority service intents after a complete crawl, query-to-page joins, lead baseline and tracking QA. Preserve growing service pages and maintain separate lead reporting by trade.

Evidence

Recent GSC clicks: 2,630. Referring domains: 412. Provider authority rank: 41; these are third-party metrics, not Google scores.

Profile note

Two profiles were verified. Riverton has 1,240 reviews versus Lakeside’s 318. Verify ownership and eligibility before profile changes. A hidden address can be appropriate for a service-area business; site restructuring does not justify immediate profile deletion.

Limitation & Scope: Claims that restructuring automatically transfers all authority or guarantees preserved rankings have been removed. PDF pp. 29, 34, 41–42, 50, 52.
